24PearlStreet is FAWC’s online writing program and an extension of our beautiful, in-person summer community. Students may register for 1 or 4 or 8 week asynchronous workshops; as well as for virtual LIVE 1 week synchronous workshops. 24PearlStreet students have 24/7 access to our custom built online classroom where teachers may post class lectures, readings, assignments, and feedback. Our virtual LIVE classes are conducted via Zoom. Both asynchronous and synchronous workshops are perfect for busy writers—of poetry, fiction, memoir, hybrid work, plays, and graphic novels—who want year round access to stellar faculty from the comfort of home. Each season 24PearlStreet hosts WILDER WORDS, a meaningful virtual reading featuring that season’s faculty with new books.
