Our new cohort of Visual Arts Fellows has arrived, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to the Outer Cape. This year’s group represents various disciplines and backgrounds, from filmmakers to painters and sculptors to multimedia artists.
During their orientation, fellows have already:
- Explored coastal geology with local expert Mark Adams
- Foraged for mushrooms in Wellfleet with food writer Elspeth Hay
- Enjoyed a sunset sailing trip and tour of Commercial Street
The ten visual arts fellows come from diverse locations, including Puerto Rico, China, Iran, and Venezuela, each bringing unique artistic visions to Provincetown.
