Pillar 3: Creative Connections

Goal

To increase access and foster creative connections that span artistic disciplines, skill levels, backgrounds, generations, abilities, and locations.

Objectives

3.1  Strengthen the interconnectedness of constituents, and increase collaboration across the organization and among staff, faculty, trustees, and program committee members

3.2  Invest in a Fellows network and engage past Fellows as mentors and collaborators

3.3  Ensure that Fellows are welcomed and acknowledged as members of the Provincetown community during their fellowship

3.4  Increase participation by historically disinvested and underrepresented artists and writers by developing transparent partnerships with organizations that are similarly committed to equity and inclusion

3.5  Continue to improve shared physical spaces that encourage gathering, connection, and community building

3.6  Address and overcome barriers to participation, particularly those experienced by young people, emerging artists and writers, and individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, and people of color

3.7  Continue to develop and implement accessibility plan for artists, program participants, and audiences with disabilities and differing abilities

3.8  Strengthen and engage more deeply with our online learning community
