Join me for an introductory workshop on basic gel printing and binding techniques to make simple journals. We will go through the process of printing our own paper covers to make the writing journals. Learn the basics of gel printing and a simple binding technique. After making a journal, we will practice some mindful journaling using writing prompts. We will also discuss how to start an effective gratitude practice as part of a self-care routine.
