Housing, both on-site at the Fine Arts Work Center and in Provincetown, fills up very quickly.
To secure housing, please book as early as possible.

The Fine Arts Work Center has a limited number of apartments available for students on a first-come, first-served basis. All apartments have a full-sized bed, kitchen, private bath and wireless internet. Apartments do not, however, have a telephone, television or air-conditioner (fans are available). Students must bring their own sheets (size full), towels and toiletries. Pillows and blankets are provided. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available for students staying on-site.

The cost of an apartment is $900 for six nights and payment in full is due at time of registration, based upon availability. Check-in is on Sunday between 4-6pm and check-out is by noon on Saturday. Please note we cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures, nor can we accommodate requests for a particular apartment.

The Work Center maintains a strict No Pets & No Smoking policy and residents are expected to leave their apartments clean. A cleaning fee will be charged for apartments that require extra cleaning. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy.

A number of individual supporters of the Fine Arts Works Center offer reasonably-priced accommodations to summer workshop students. Parking at the Work Center is for faculty and student residents only. All other students must secure off-site parking. Please note that parking in Provincetown in the summer is as challenging as parking in a big city.
